Emory, Grady, and Children's Healthcare of Atlanta pull medical families and traveling staff in from the whole Southeast, and film production books crews on multi-month schedules. Month-plus is the normal stay here, not the exception.
We are not going to pretend there is inventory here. Atlanta is a new market for us, the platform is live, and we are looking for the owners who already rent furnished by the month and would rather keep the whole booking.
- Owners keep 100% of what a guest pays, always
- You set the rate and approve the booking, not us
- Flat $50 a month, never a commission
- Guests reach you directly, by phone and email
